Zdrav, brz, jednostavan slatkiš koji ne sadrži šećer i savršeno se uklapa u dijetu – zar ne zvuči savršeno? Jelena Đoković je sa pratiocima na Instagramu podelila upravo jedan takav recept, za kojim luduje mali Stefan, a verujemo da ni tata nije ostao imun.

 

I know you’ve been asking me for recipes. I want to make sure you know I am not a certified nutritionist (although I am taking an online course for nutrition, but for private purposes only?). My choices are aligned with what I believe in and therefore the food I chose to serve to my little one is also part of that philosophy. He doesn’t have allergies or any problems so that makes my life much, much, much easier. I decided to take a nutritionist course because I always like to make informed decisions, and I can only do that if I invest my time and energy into learning. I have trust issues a bit. When somebody tells me „this is healthy, take this, this is good for you“ – I always, always, always step back, make my own research; think how it fits into my lifestyle, habits, needs… And then decide. (Did I mention before I was considered a geek in school? ?) This is a snack Stefan loves to eat! I would recommend it to all moms, but don’t just think this is for kids – everybody can try it. It is very delicious and contains all the good nutrients. Recipe: Cashew nuts (contains copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin K);✅ Dates (great source of energy, good sugar and fiber; contains minerals and vitamins)✅ Strawberry (great source of vitamin C, potassium)✅ Banana (potassium, vitamin B6, B12, magnesium…) ✅ He also ❤️❤️❤️❤️ mix of mango, spirulina, whole nuts ? i like to change up, so i give him also hemp powder, chlorella powder…. Avocado+banana puree is always a win ☺️ Now he is 12 months old so he can have honey, but before I was using carob powder, agave syrup, maple syrup to add sweetness to some of the foods that were good for him, but don’t taste well. It’s a big lie that only processed food tastes well. I really enjoy eating healthy food. I do look very skinny, and many would think I don’t eat much (although I always eat something!) – but my metabolism is fast, I digest fast and everything I eat goes straight in my blood. I eat raw, I blend a lot, juice a lot… And I eat a lot, but it just doesn’t show ???

Budući da su smutiji i voćne kaše sve popularniji izbor u dijetama, ovo je savršen recept za sve one koji vode računa o ishrani, a ipak žele da se zaslade. Jelena je na svom Instagramu objasnila da pohađa onlajn kurs nutricionizma za sopstvene potrebe, jer voli da zna sve o namirnicama koje ona i njena porodica jedu.

– Kad god mi neko kaže da treba nešto da probam jer je zdravo, uvek, uvek, uvek prvo istražim sve o tome. Razmsilim o tome kako se uklapa u moj životni stil, navike i potrebe… I tek onda odlučim – napisala je Novakova lepa supruga, našalivši se da je oduvek bila štreber.

Pošto joj fanovi stalno traže recepte, odlučila je da podeli recept za Stefanovu omiljenu poslasticu – ali naglašava da ovo nije samo za decu, jer je preukusno i puno zdravih nutritijenata, pa će i stariji uživati.
